The Hírös Gastro Theatre Company is back at the Attila Gere Winery to perform a play. This time they will bring their production called ‘Boy, Maiden, Wine’, which we will accompany with four wines and a cellar tour on Saturday afternoon, 4 May. The performance will be in Hungarian.
What’s the storyline?
A wine tasting is going on in a wine bar when a boy arrives late. There is only one seat left next to a girl… Thus begins Hírös Gastro Theatre’s most vinous production, loosely based on the plot of Ernő Szép’s Boy, Maiden. The audience is treated to an exciting experiment in which Vera and Feri try to find their way into each other’s hearts in real time, in intimate proximity to the audience.

During the cellar tour that follows the performance, we will show you the recently completed, brand new barrel ageing room, tell you the story of the Gere family, the wines and the day-to-day running of the cellar.

Entrance fee: HUF 9 500 per person
The entrance fee includes the performance, four wine tastings and a visit to the cellar afterwards.
Ham or cheese platter: HUF 3 500
